Jason N. Greenberg, Esq., joined Nagle & Zaller as an associate attorney

Dear Board Members and Managers:

I hope that you are enjoying the Fall and the changing colors of the leaves and had a fun Halloween! We are officially at the beginning of the holiday season which we know is a very busy and exciting time for everyone. During this season of celebrations, we want to take a moment to welcome the newest member of our team. Jason N. Greenberg, Esq., joined Nagle & Zaller as an associate attorney and he will be the managing attorney overseeing our collections department. 

Jason received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Towson University, and he attended law school at the Harrisburg, PA campus of Widener University’s School of Law, graduating in 2004. Following law school, Jason worked as Assistant Counsel in the Magistrates Office in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City (formerly known as the Masters’ Office). The Magistrates Office reviews over sixty percent (60%) of the civil filings in the Circuit Court, including, but not limited to tax-sale foreclosures, mortgage foreclosures, mechanics liens, guardianships, temporary restraining orders and injunctions. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Jason worked as an Assistant Solicitor in the Collections Practice Group of the Baltimore City Department of Law. In his position as Assistant Solicitor, he was responsible for pursuing collection of any bills due to Baltimore City, representing the City in tax-sale foreclosure suits, appeals, and various bankruptcy matters. Jason practiced regularly in the District Court, Circuit Court, and Bankruptcy Court for Maryland. Jason resides in Ellicott City, Maryland with his wife Jessica and daughter, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cars, amusement parks, theatre, and riding his motorcycle.
