Tamara Bennett

Mrs. Bennett is an associate at Nagle & Zaller, P.C. A native of Maryland, she is a 1999 graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a undergraduate degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She earned a Masters Certificate in the same in 2004. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2010.

While in law school, Ms. Bennett was very active. In 2009, she earned a Certificate of Mediation Training from the State of Maryland. Additionally, she was also a Rule 16 Student Attorney with the University of Baltimore School of Law Innocence Project Clinic. During her entire law school tenure, she was a student leader serving on the executive boards of various organizations such as the UB Women's Bar Association, Criminal Law Association and the UB American Constitution Society, where she served as President.

Mrs. Bennett is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore City Bar Association, Monumental Bar Association and the James C. Cawood Inns of Court (American Inns of Court), emphasizing and promoting legal excellence, civility, ethics and professionalism among legal practitioners. She is also actively involved in community service programs, frequently volunteering with Catholic Charities, local food banks and other organizations providing assistance and resources to people in need.

Mrs. Bennett's billing rate is $325.00 per hour, but her discounted rate for community association clients is $200.00 per hour.
