Craig B Zaller
Mr. Zaller is a Maryland native who received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1989, his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with distinction, in 1993, and his M.B.A. from the University of San Diego in 1994, where he concentrated in Management. Mr. Zaller's practice primarily focuses on litigation with an emphasis in the areas of community association law, corporate law, contract law, creditor's rights/collections, commercial law, and real estate. Mr. Zaller practices law in Maryland and the District of Columbia and has been associated with Nagle & Zaller, P.C. since 1995. He became a principal in the firm on September 1, 1998. Mr. Zaller is an active member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), having served on the Legislative Action Committee for the Washington Metro Chapter, as past President of the Chesapeake Region Chapter and as a frequent instructor and lecturer. He has also served on the Legislative Action Committee for the Howard County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Zaller has written several articles for Common Ground and local CAI chapter newsletters, and he has been a speaker at national and regional conferences and local events on various issues relating to community associations. Mr. Zaller was victorious in the first satellite dish case in which the Federal Communications Commission ruled in favor a condominium. Mr. Zaller's billing rate is $400.00 an hour, but the discount rate for community associations is $275.00 per hour.
