Brian R. Fellner joined Nagle & Zaller, P.C. in January, 2012, as an associate. He concentrates his practice in the areas of condominium and HOA representation, which encompass a wide variety of matters, including covenant enforcement, document drafting, contract dispute litigation, and collection of assessments.

During his career, Brian has represented clients in the fields of criminal and civil litigation, personal injury, contract disputes, medical malpractice, toxic and environmental torts, employment law, creditors' rights/collections, immigration, family law, and trusts and estates.

Brian has worked as an attorney for both plaintiffs and defendants; he has represented individuals, small companies, and large corporations. He has obtained favorable results for his clients in hundreds of cases, including:

TROs - GRANTED - Contract interference dispute; HOA management dispute

Collections - Successfully collected hundreds of thousands of dollars on behalf of condominium clients

Toxic Tort Litigation - SUMMARY JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANTS - Successfully defended over 50 asbestos lawsuits on behalf of five different corporate clients

Insurance Subrogation - Tried and settled over 100 motor vehicle accident subrogation cases

Civil Litigation - Obtained favorable results for clients in a wide variety of civil disputes.

As an attorney, Brian regularly practices in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland, as well as the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. He has won motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, judgments for plaintiffs, judgments for civil defendants, not guilty verdicts for criminal defendants, and injunctions. As an advocate, Brian has briefed cases in the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, and has appeared in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Prior to attending law school, Brian graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in History and Spanish. After working as an Americorps volunteer in an impoverished area of San Diego, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Brian was a member of the Law Review and an active member of the Legal Clinic, while also clerking for a litigation law firm.
